Friends can be friends until they’re not. We live in a time when people can turn on each other for what seems like no reason at all. Relationships can be hurt, if not totally destroyed. Trust can be taken away by one decision. Hurt can take the place of a wonderful relationship. Who we once thought were best friends for life, can change to not talking with each other at all. It is sad, but things can change. Today is Palm Sunday. It is the day Christ rode into Jerusalem. In today’s message, our pastor is going to share about how feelings changed with the crowd who cheered Jesus one day, and called for His crucifixion a few days later. Our text is from Luke 19:28-39.

Points to Remember:

  1. Christ calls for our commitment
  2. Christ calls for our humility and love
  3. Christ calls for us to focus on the cross
