Worship service featuring the sermon “We Need to Discern God’s Direction” given by Interim Pastor Rev. Johnny Richards; including scriptures from John 10:1-18; and music performed by music director Risa Poniros, pianist Cheryl Walker, and the choir.

 

If you were to close your eyes and listen to the voices around you, you would probably be able to tell if there was a voice you recognized. Maybe it is a parent, a sibling, a teacher in school, or someone else you have heard speak to you many times. The reason you can do that is because you have heard that voice and you have remembered the sound of the voice. In our message today, our pastor concludes his sermon series, “Keeping Focused In a Chaotic World” by looking at John 10:1-7. It is important for us as children of God to hear and recognize the voice of God in the midst of all the other voices in the world today. 

 

Points to Remember:

1) We must follow the voice of the Shepherd

2) We must ignore the voices that go against the Shepherd

3) We must be a part of the Shepherd’s flock
